Land Information New Zealand (LINZ) is a world leading government organisation offering interesting careers that combine the fields of public policy, property and land management.

LINZ is responsible for providing New Zealand's authoritative land and seabed information. LINZ is valued as the Government's Centre of Electronic Land Information and Expertise, ensuring confidence in the land rights and geographic information underpinning New Zealand as a nation.

Crown Property Management (CPM) manages 8% of New Zealand’s land on behalf of the Crown – including forests, lakes, riverbeds and high country pastoral leases. CPM administers the ownership function for Crown lands and property, handles historic and contemporary land related issues and provides significant input into Treaty of Waitangi settlements.

LINZ has a number of vacancies within Crown Property Management at their Wellington and Christchurch locations.

We are looking for people who are keen to learn, have enthusiasm and energy and are able to form successful working relationships. Experience or study in property and land related legislation would be an advantage but is not essential. Key requirements include a good standard of education, the ability to think innovatively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Applicants must be able to undertake some travel and hold a current driving licence.
